Your donation counts in so many ways to the people served by Transitions Centers. There are varieties of ways to donate, whether you are an individual, business, or charitable foundation. Transitions Centers, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation and donations are tax-deductible.
Your support is important as it provides us with the means to support community life through individualized programs:
$25.00 – Can purchase food for our Member Cooking program for one group.
$50.00 – Allows us to purchase games we can play that assist in social skill development.
$100.00 – Will buy a new program room table.
$250.00 – Will purchase an outdoor tent for our back yard garden project.
$500.00 – Will purchase a TV for a program room.
$1000.00 – Buys a laptop to administer remote programming for our Members.
$5000.00 – Can give our Deaf Members an opportunity to feel music through the purchase of specialized equipment.
Annual Campaign
Transitions Centers’ Annual Campaign is the main source of support for Transitions Centers. All gifts to the Annual Campaign are tax deductible in the year that they are made. A special way to give is to make a donation in memory of someone that you hold dear. Consider making your Annual Campaign donation a recurring one, either on a monthly or annual basis.
