We are pleased to announce our newest Employee of the Quarter.
Jamal started with TCI in August 2022 as a full-time Employment Specialist. As a staff who had previously no experience in the Human Service world, Jamal had much to learn as an Employment Specialist as well as working with our Members.
Over the past two years, Jamal has consistently grown professionally, and now has a caseload of nineteen Members! He has successfully placed and supported dozens of Members into meaningful community jobs and has developed great relationships with them, as well as with their employers. He is a Team player, and despite the number of Members he supports, he is still willing to help out another Employment/Individual Support staff when needed. In addition, his bright and positive personality, sense of humor, and work ethic are traits that we can all appreciate.
We are proud to have such a great staff like Jamal, on our Team!
