Transitions Centers is proud to announce the promotion of two long-standing TCI employees. Both have been promoted to Assistant Directors for TCI!
Ellen Chamsarian has been working for Transitions Centers in a variety of roles over the past six years. She was originally hired as a One-to-One Aide for a Day Habilitation Member, and over time was promoted to Day Habilitation Developmental Specialist, Day Habilitation Program Coordinator, and Transportation Manager. Ellen has been promoted to Assistant Director of Day Habilitation and Transportation Services.
Madison Greiner has been with Transitions Centers for over five years, and in that time has worked as a Day Habilitation Developmental Specialist, and Employment and Individual Support Specialist, and Employment and Individual Support Manager. Madison has been promoted to Assistant Director of Employment and Residential Services.
In addition to program oversight, Ellen and Madison will be responsible for programmatic growth, development and oversight, quality assurance and assist with agency leadership.
