Thanks to our friends at the Loft Restaurant in West Yarmouth, Transitions Centers held its annual Holiday Party. With food provided by TCI staff, Members, Providers, and Family Members, everyone had an opportunity to eat, socialize, dance, and even do some karaoke singing. Members also participated in a gift swap as well.
