It was another spirited week at the Transitions Centers Day Habilitation program! From November 14 -18, our Day Habilitation program hosted Spirit Week. On each day, both staff and Members were asked to dress based on each day’s theme – Monday was Sports Day, Tuesday was Team Color Day – to represent each Member’s Team in the program, Wednesday was Favorite Holiday Day, Thursday was Disney Day and Friday was Flannel Day. Both staff and Members got into the spirit which made for a very fun week!
