Thanks to our friends at The Loft Restaurant in West Yarmouth, Transitions Centers was able to hold our annual Halloween Party! Members from all of our services were invited to attend which made for a great afternoon of socializing, dancing, and spooky costumes! All Members and staff had a great time!
