The Transitions Centers Strategic Planning Team, made up of TCI staff and Board of Directors, have created a new Vision Statement for the agency. This Vision Statement is the agency’s vision for the future and provides a direction on what TCI will become. Our TCI Strategic and Operations Plan will assist stakeholders of Transitions Centers help us to move toward this vision. Our Vision Statement is:
