Transitions Centers recently took over Member transportation routes, so all pickups and drop offs for eligible Members to our Day Habilitation program will be done by Transitions Centers. As a result, TCI will work closely with our transportation broker GATRA (Greater Attleboro and Taunton Area Regional Transit Authority) to provide safe transportation to and from TCI.
All drivers are certified in CPR, First Aid, Crisis Intervention training as well as a variety of driver specific training offered by GATRA. All vehicles are monitored by GPS to ensure passenger safety at all times.
Eligible Members must have MassHealth and be enrolled in our Day Habilitation Service.
